The Tactical II configuration adds practical 1911 upgrades: an extended beavertail grip safety with memory bump, a left-side thumb safety, a skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a lightened three-slot trigger. These features pair with a flat checkered mainspring housing, front strap vertical serrations, and a lightly beveled magwell.
The sighting system is set up for clarity and adjustment. A fiber-optic front sight (orange/red) draws the eye, while the fully adjustable rear sight with two white dots allows precise zeroing. The slide includes a lowered and flared ejection port.
Construction is 4140 steel throughout, with a forged slide over a cast frame, finished in a matte dark color. The slide bears the Rock Island Armory crest. Import and origin markings include APINTL–PAHRUMP NV and ACP PHILIPPINES.
This is a full-size Government-length 5-inch 1911 chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity. It uses single-stack 1911 magazines and does not have an accessory rail. The aggressively textured synthetic grip panels feature a scale pattern for traction.
Country of origin is the Philippines, and the manufacturer part number is 57239. The pistol follows the classic 1911 platform in a single-action-only, semi-automatic configuration.
