This H9 Compact uses a forged aluminum frame and a DLC-finished steel slide for durability while keeping weight down. The barrel is cold-hammer-forged stainless steel and measures 4.28 inches, a combination known for long service life and consistent accuracy potential.
The slide features front, rear, and top serrations for positive manipulation, plus an optic cut with a cover plate that uses Daniel Defense's adapter plate system. Sight cuts accept SIG P-series dovetails, and the pistol ships with fixed iron sights: a green fiber-optic front and a plain black square-notch rear.
The design centers on a low bore axis inspired by the Hudson H9 concept, paired with a striker-fired action, a straight metal trigger, and a trigger safety. A STANAG 4694/Picatinny rail on the dust cover supports common weapon lights. Textured grip panels provide secure purchase, while the slim 1.2-inch width aids concealment.
