The Beretta 92XI Squalo is a full-size, single-action-only 9mm built in Gallatin, Tennessee and configured with Beretta's X-treme S SAO trigger system. It features a Vertec-pattern frame, frame-mounted non-decocking safety, an optics-ready open-top slide in matte gray, and a large flared magazine well feeding 20-round magazines with numbered witness holes.

This 92XI Squalo uses the X-treme S SAO trigger with a reduced reset, paired with a frame-mounted manual safety that does not decock. The Vertec-pattern frame provides the Squalo foundation and includes a large flared magazine well for fast magazine insertion.
The slide retains the classic 92-series open-top architecture and is optics-ready with a cover plate installed. Its matte gray finish matches the aluminum-alloy frame for a cohesive look.
Sight equipment consists of a fiber-optic front sight with an orange rod and a plain black square-notch rear, delivering a clean, distraction-free sight picture.
The pistol ships with extended 20-round magazines that include numbered witness holes to 18, supporting the 20+1 capacity. An accessory rail is integrated for mounting compatible lights or accessories as desired.
Construction highlights include an aluminum-alloy frame in matte gray and textured black/gray G10-style grip panels. The slide is marked for manufacture in Gallatin, Tennessee, underscoring its USA origin. Barrel length is 4.9 inches in this full-size configuration.
