Made in Hungary by FEG, the SA-85M is a Hungarian AK-63F/AKM-pattern semi-automatic sporting rifle with a stamped steel receiver, magazine well dimples, and a ribbed top cover. This example features a 16.3-inch cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined, threaded barrel and comes with a clean bore and sharp rifling. It carries K.B.I. Harrisburg, PA import markings alongside the FEG hexagon logo and "Made in Hungary" receiver marking, with matching serial components on the front trunnion and rear cover latch block.

Built on the AKM platform, this SA-85M combines Hungarian FEG manufacturing with classic pattern details. The receiver is stamped steel with magazine well dimples and a ribbed top cover, and the rifle bears clear import and factory rollmarks: K.B.I., Inc. Harrisburg, PA; the FEG hexagon logo; and "Made in Hungary." Matching serial components are present on the front trunnion and rear cover latch block.
The 16.3-inch barrel is cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and threaded. The long-stroke gas piston system delivers the traditional AK operating layout chambered in 7.62x39. The configuration is set up without a bayonet lug, and the cleaning rod is not present.
Laminated wood furniture includes handguards with longitudinal grasping grooves and a fixed stock with a steel buttplate and trapdoor. A left-side rear sling swivel is paired with a separate clamp-on, barrel-mounted front sling loop positioned just behind the gas block. The pistol grip is a dark blue checkered polymer unit.
Open iron sights consist of a hooded post front and a tangent rear leaf graduated from 100 to 1000 meters with an "A" battle notch. Length of pull is 13.0 inches. Capacity is 40+1 with the included 40-round magazine.
