The 19X MOS uses Glock's crossover layout: a G17-size frame paired with a G19-length 4.02 in slide. The slide wears a coyote nPVD finish, while the frame is coyote polymer. Controls include ambidextrous slide stop levers, and the frame adds a straight magwell, integral lanyard loop, and the Glock universal accessory rail.
The slide is MOS cut with the cover plate installed, and it features rear serrations. Sights are elevated steel irons with an AmeriGlo white dot front and a plain black rear, providing a clear, durable sight picture.
The 4.02 in Glock Marksman Barrel is present, and the bore condition is excellent. Austrian proof marks are present, including the AI code on the barrel hood, and the slide bears MADE IN AUSTRIA • GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA GA markings. The serial number is present on the barrel hood, frame (right side), and dustcover plate; there is no serial on the slide exterior.
