The AF2011-A1 is a full-size, twin-barrel 1911-type pistol that fires both barrels at once via a linked, two-shoe skeletonized trigger. It uses a single, conjoined dual-body magazine (two single-stack tubes permanently joined with one shared baseplate) that inserts as one piece, providing a 16+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
Its slide assembly is a conjoined twin-slide design with twin recoil spring tunnels, twin barrel bushings, and dual ejection ports. Twin hammers and a single-action, short-recoil operating system underscore its 1911 lineage while delivering the AF2011’s unique, synchronized function.
Sighting equipment includes a fixed front blade and a fully adjustable rear sight with windage and elevation index marks, supporting precise zeroing. Controls include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a grip safety with memory pad.
The pistol wears a blued/black finish with polished flats over a steel frame, complemented by smooth walnut grips featuring Arsenal Firearms crest medallions. Markings include Italian proof and acceptance stamps on the right side of the frame, the frame legend "AF - MADE IN ITALY - 18" indicating 2018 production, and the U.S. import mark "IFC - MWC - OK."
