This is a factory Ruger Mini-14 Tactical ATI Strikeforce package, catalog M-14/20CF and model 05846, built on a 582-series Ranch receiver rollmarked "RUGER RANCH RIFLE CAL. .223". It features a 16.12 in threaded barrel with a birdcage flash suppressor, a polymer quad-rail handguard, and a black ATI Strikeforce folding/telescoping stock with an adjustable cheek riser and pistol grip. Made in the USA and manufactured in 2012, it comes with the Ruger factory box and label, manual, and four magazines. The box label is serial-matched to the rifle.

This Mini-14 is the factory Tactical ATI Strikeforce configuration identified by Ruger as catalog M-14/20CF, model 05846. It pairs the 582-series Ranch Rifle receiver with a purpose-built furniture and accessory package direct from the factory for a cohesive setup.
The 16.12 in alloy steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a birdcage flash suppressor. Rifling is 1:9 RH, and the bore condition is excellent. The gas-operated system uses a fixed piston with a rotating bolt for reliable semi-automatic operation.
The black ATI Strikeforce stock provides side-folding and telescoping capability, an adjustable cheek riser, and a pistol grip. A polymer quad-rail handguard offers mounting surfaces for accessories. Iron sights include a protected blade front and an adjustable aperture rear.
The rifle has a blued alloy steel receiver and barrel, is made in the USA, and has an unloaded weight of approximately 6.7 lb with an overall length of about 36.75 in. Capacity is 30+1, and this example includes two 30-round and two 20-round magazines along with the factory box and manual.
