This CZ Shadow 2 Compact OR is a recent, optics-ready member of the Shadow 2 series, built on a forged aluminum alloy frame for a lighter, carryable footprint. It features a 4 in nitrided steel barrel, fiber-optic front sight with an elevation-adjustable rear, and an accessory rail on the dustcover. Matching serial numbers appear on the frame and barrel; the slide is not serialized and bears proofs and "9x19" markings. The pistol bears 2024 Czech C.I.P. proofs with CZ-USA Hartford, CT import markings.

The Shadow 2 Compact OR combines a compact 7.5 in by 5.4 in by 1.4 in profile with a forged aluminum alloy frame to trim weight to approximately 30.7 oz. Frontstrap and backstrap checkering, an extended beavertail, and an undercut trigger guard provide a secure, high-grip interface. Textured aluminum grip panels embossed "CZ SHADOW" complete the control-oriented setup.
The DA/SA, hammer-fired action uses a curved, polished trigger for a smooth press. Controls include a left-side magazine release and a manual safety with a hammer safety notch. The dustcover accessory rail supports common weapon-mounted lights.
Sight regulation is fast and precise thanks to a red fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable rear for elevation with an "UP" indicator. The slide is factory optics-ready with a two-screw removable cover plate and is compatible with the Shadow 2 OR plate system. An optic adapter is included to facilitate mounting.
The 4 in nitrided steel barrel offers durability and corrosion resistance. This pistol carries "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" origin marks, the Czech C.I.P. proof triangle with a "24" year-of-proof stamp, and CZ-USA, Hartford, CT import marks. Capacity is 15+1 with the included steel double-stack magazines.
