The configuration centers on an IC-Discovery 16 inch direct-impingement upper installed on an M6IC ambidextrous lower. Chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, it uses a STANAG-pattern magazine interface and retains a standard magazine release. The upper is marked "IC-DISCOVERY 5.56mm," and the lower is marked "M6IC."
The barrel is spiral fluted, cold hammer forged, and NiCorr treated. It is threaded at the muzzle and fitted with an A2 flash hider. The bore presents a clean, mirror finish with sharp lands and grooves.
The LWRCI monoforge-style upper and free-float handguard use elongated slot venting, and a continuous T-marked Picatinny rail runs across the receiver and handguard. No sights are installed.
Controls include an ambidextrous safety selector and a right-side bolt release. Furniture consists of an LWRCI compact collapsible stock with an integral QD sling socket and a textured polymer pistol grip with a palm swell. The receivers wear a Type III hard-coat anodized finish, the bolt carrier is silver and LWRCI-marked, and an EID/QR label is present on the receiver. Made in the United States.
