This High Standard Sport King is a Post-WWII Hamden, Connecticut-marked pistol with a 6.75 inch tapered steel barrel and blued finish. It retains matching serial numbers on the frame and barrel extension and features factory fixed open sights with the rear notch integral to the barrel extension. Two 10-round magazines are included.

The top of the receiver is drilled with two small screw holes for a mount; no mount is included. Factory markings include "SPORT KING" and ".22 LONG RIFLE," along with the Hamden, Conn. address, underscoring its U.S. manufacture during the Hamden era.
