The Bren 2 Ms uses a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston system in 5.56mm NATO with a 16.5 in barrel. It accepts STANAG/AR-15 magazines and is listed at 30+1 capacity. The left-side charging handle and selector safety provide familiar, intuitive controls marked with an 'S' position.
The alloy upper receiver and polymer lower are finished in matte black. A free-float M-LOK handguard offers slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, while a continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny top rail supports mounting of sights or optics. The rifle is configured without factory sights.
The folding, adjustable stock includes a rubberized buttpad, QD sling socket, and a listed length of pull of 15.0 in. A textured polymer pistol grip complements the stock for a consistent hold.
The threaded barrel is fitted with an installed multi-port muzzle brake, and the gas area carries a .223 stamp. Additional factory markings include the model roll-marked 'CZ BREN 2Ms' and the country-of-origin mark 'MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC, CZ'.
