The Classic is a true percussion muzzleloading double with two nipples and external hammers, delivering authentic operation and a capacity of two shots. The double triggers pair with a long trigger-guard tang, and the guard itself is finished in a black/blue tone noted in the markings.
The 27.5 in browned steel barrels show decorative rope bands at the breech and carry a full-length under-rib with three thimbles. A brass front bead provides a clean sighting reference; there is no rear sight, as configured from the factory.
Color case-hardened locks display factory scroll engraving, with matching engraving on the top tang; the hammers are plain, case-colored parts.
The straight-hand (English-style) walnut stock is checkered and fitted with a rear sling stud; there is no front sling loop installed on the barrel assembly, while the gun is marked Pedersoli Classic and bears Italian Gardone proof marks, the PN black-powder proof, and a boxed date/gauge cartouche. Made in Italy, this is a faithful reproduction built to modern standards and documented as year of manufacture 2020.
