This CMMG Mk47 RESOLUTE stands out as a purpose-built AR/AK hybrid in 7.62x39 that accepts AK-pattern magazines. It features billet 7075-T6 receivers with faceted geometry and no forward assist, a mid-size receiver set with CMMG’s enlarged PowerBolt for the cartridge, and a free-float M-LOK handguard with a continuous 12 o’clock Picatinny top rail bridging the receiver and handguard. A 14.5-inch nitride-treated barrel is paired with a pinned and welded multi-port brake to achieve a 16.1-inch overall length.

The Mk47 RESOLUTE is engineered around AK-pattern magazines and a 7.62x39-specific mid-size receiver set. CMMG’s enlarged PowerBolt is designed for reliable performance with this cartridge, and the billet 7075-T6 aluminum receivers present a strong, faceted profile without a forward assist. Made in the USA, this rifle combines AR ergonomics with AK magazine compatibility.
The 14.5-inch 4140 CM steel barrel uses a salt-bath nitride finish and a pinned and welded multi-port muzzle brake to reach a 16.1-inch overall length. It features a 1:10 twist and 5/8x24 threads under the brake. A carbine-length gas system with an adjustable 0.750-inch gas block gives the shooter tuning capability for different loads and conditions.
The free-float M-LOK handguard mates to a continuous 12 o’clock Picatinny top rail that bridges the handguard and upper receiver. Controls include a paddle-style magazine release suited to AK-pattern magazines and a drop-in, flat-faced trigger. The rifle uses a gas-operated, direct impingement action.
CMMG’s RipStock with Fastback technology provides leverless, 6-position adjustment with a skeletonized buttplate. Length of pull is 13.75 inches. Capacity is 30+1 with the included magazines, and this rifle arrives with a short vertical foregrip installed. MSRP is $1,949.95.
