The H004L is the factory large-loop lever variant of the Golden Boy series. It features a 20-inch octagonal blued steel barrel and a right-side ejection pattern. The under-barrel tubular magazine holds 16 rounds of .22 LR, and the rifle is chambered to also feed .22 Short and .22 Long.
Sights are traditional and practical: a brass bead front and a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear with elevator. The barrel uses a 1:16 twist rate suited to common .22 rimfire loads.
Stocked in American walnut, the rifle wears a straight-grip buttstock with a brass crescent buttplate and a matching walnut forearm. Length of pull is 14.0 inches, contributing to a familiar rimfire lever-gun fit.
The polished Brasslite receiver cover over an alloy receiver complements the blued octagonal barrel for a classic profile. It includes a quarter-cock hammer safety, an overall length of 38.5 inches, and an unloaded weight of 6.75 pounds. The tubular magazine uses a removable inner tube for loading. Manufactured in the USA, this rifle carries Henry’s Golden Boy series heritage with the distinct Large Loop configuration.
