This Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0C Comp is a compact, striker-fired 9mm with an integrally compensated and ported 4.0 inch barrel and slide. It features the modular Central Operating Group stainless-steel chassis, U-Dot sights, and Springfield's Variable Interface System for direct optic mounting. This example comes equipped with a Viridian RFX11 green-dot sight and includes four factory magazines for up to 18+1 capacity.

The Echelon 4.0C Comp pairs a billet-machined slide with a hammer-forged 4.0 inch barrel, both finished in black Melonite/nitride. The slide carries front and rear serrations and top ports that integrate the compensator design. The Variable Interface System allows direct mounting of micro optics without adapter plates.
Ergonomics and controls include a textured polymer grip with an interchangeable backstrap, ambidextrous slide-stop levers, a left-side magazine release button, and a flat-face trigger with an integral safety blade. A Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover supports common weaponlights or accessories.
Factory U-Dot sights combine a tritium/luminescent front dot with a U-notch tactical rack rear. This pistol also comes with a Viridian RFX11 green-dot micro reflex sight installed, providing an illuminated dot reticle. A protective rubber cover for the optic is included.
The serialized Central Operating Group is a removable stainless-steel chassis that forms the core of the pistol. The platform is compact in size with an overall length of 7.25 inches, a height of 5.13 inches, and an approximate weight of 24 ounces. It accepts factory magazines up to an 18+1 capacity. Manufactured by HS Produkt in Croatia for Springfield Armory, it is marked HS PRODUKT • MADE IN CROATIA.
