The Gen 4 (G4-9) designation is marked on the bolt, identifying PSA’s fourth-generation 9mm system built on a simple blowback action. Controls are standard AR-15 with a two-position safety selector, and the lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI." This example is configured for 9mm Luger while using a standard AR-15 lower; the specific 9mm magazine setup is not verified.
The upper is a billet-style receiver without a forward assist and with an open ejection port lacking a dust cover. A continuous/full-length Picatinny top rail runs across the upper receiver and handguard, providing straightforward mounting surfaces.
