Its straight blowback, semi-automatic action is purpose-built for reliable 9mm operation, while the matte black finish presents a clean, modern look.
Ergonomics and controls are a focal point on this model. It features a magazine release, an ambidextrous safety selector with pictograms, and a left-side bolt hold-open/release control. The setup feeds from 20-round magazines for a 20+1 capacity.
The top end includes a 1913 Picatinny rail across the receiver with a short section on the rear handguard and factory CZ polymer sights with protective ears, offering a durable sighting solution out of the box. The polymer handguard provides M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions plus a removable front hand stop.
