The Model 275 is a pump-action .22 WMR with right-side ejection and twin extractors, feeding from a 10+1 under-barrel tubular magazine. It uses a knurled inner-tube cap at the muzzle for loading and features a 20 inch steel barrel for the .22 Magnum cartridge.
The receiver is aluminum alloy with a black finish and carries the Winchester proof stamp. A distinctive range-indexed sight/mount base with a numbered dial (1–8) and a white index pointer bears the red WINCHESTER and MODEL 275 markings.
Iron sights include a ramped blade front. The included Bushnell Scope Chief fixed low-power scope is installed on the base; its turret cap is marked "SCOPE CHIEF" with a circular B logo.
Walnut furniture includes a straight-comb stock (smooth, no checkering) and a walnut forend with impressed checkering, plus a black Winchester-logo buttplate. The length of pull measures 13.0 inches, and a cross-bolt safety provides straightforward operation.
