This A391 3.5 Xtrema is built around Beretta’s gas-operated, self-cleaning system paired with a two-lug rotating bolt. The design supports reliable cycling across a range of 12-gauge loads, with a 4-round magazine capacity and a 3.5 in chamber for maximum versatility.
The 28 in steel barrel uses Beretta’s Optima-Bore profile for efficient shot patterns and is threaded for the Optima-Choke Plus system. A ventilated rib with a green fiber-optic front bead provides a quick, visible index for targets.
The synthetic stock is set up for user fit and control, featuring rubberized grip inserts, a spacer-based system for drop and cast adjustment (with shims included), and a Gel-Tek recoil pad. Sling attachment points are built in at the magazine-cap loop and the rear stock stud for carry flexibility. Length of pull is 14.5 in.
