The rifle is built on aluminum receivers finished in Flat Dark Earth, paired with the Stag 15 Slimline M-LOK free-float handguard for accessory mounting without contacting the barrel. A low-profile gas block keeps the front end streamlined.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port flash hider/compensator. The direct impingement action and right-hand ejection follow the AR-15 standard, while the flat-top upper provides a continuous mounting surface along the receiver.
Controls and furniture include an ambidextrous safety selector, a Magpul MOE pistol grip, and an adjustable stock on a carbine-length receiver extension. Capacity is 30+1 with the included 30-round magazines.
Additional touches include the forward assist and ejection port cover, plus clear receiver markings: Stag head logo, "MODEL: STAG-15," and "CAL: MULTI." The Wyoming receiver marking aligns with Stag’s post-2019 production.
