    What’s Included

    • Winchester Model 12 Field Grade 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun

Built in the United States in 1951, this Field Grade Model 12 represents the pre-'64 era of machined-steel Winchester construction. As a takedown model, it has matching receiver and barrel-extension serial numbers, a detail valued by many buyers and collectors.

The 30 in plain steel barrel carries a fixed FULL choke and a 2 3/4 in chamber, paired with a single small bead front sight. The barrel is marked with the WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL rollmark, and the configuration is the classic plain, no-rib field setup.

Operation is pump-action with right-side ejection and a bottom loading port. Capacity is 5+1, and the trigger group lacks a disconnector, making the shotgun slam-fire capable when the trigger is held back.

Furniture includes a walnut semi-pistol-grip stock and a grooved corncob-style walnut forend, finished off with a checkered Winchester-logo buttplate. Length of pull is 14.0 in. The receiver and barrel wear a blued finish consistent with the Field Grade configuration.
