This MCX-SPEAR LT pistol from Sig Sauer is a 5.56 NATO, 11.5 in. configuration with a uniform coyote/tan factory finish and the bufferless MCX system. It features an adjustable gas valve, fully ambidextrous controls, and a side-folding brace. Practical additions include installed flip-up sights, an angled foregrip, a Magpul M-LOK QD sling mount, and three 30-round Magpul PMAG GEN M3 magazines.

The MCX bufferless architecture equips this pistol to operate with the side-folded brace and uses an integral rear 1913 (Picatinny) interface. Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the ambidextrous magazine release and safety selector, plus a right-side bolt catch/release.
The 11.5 in. 5.56 NATO barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and comes with a three-prong flash hider installed. An adjustable gas valve with plus/minus markings allows straightforward regulation of the short-stroke gas piston system.
A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a 12 o'clock Picatinny rail provides solid mounting real estate while keeping weight forward of the receiver. The SIG polymer pistol grip and side-folding brace are finished to match the coyote/tan receiver.
The aluminum receiver wears clear factory markings: "SIG MCX MULTI-CALIBER" on the left magwell and "SIG SAUER INC NEWINGTON NH USA" on the right side. Capacity is 30+1 with 5.56 NATO.
