The Sturm Ruger RXM is a recent-release compact 9mm introduced December 11, 2024, built around a removable stainless-steel fire control chassis and a Magpul EHG grip module. It features a 4 in alloy-steel barrel, through-hardened slide with a black FNC nitride finish, and a direct-mount, multi-footprint optics cut with co-witness-height steel sights and a tritium front. This example includes both 17-round and 15-round magazines and is compatible with Glock-pattern double-stack 9mm magazines.

The RXM’s modular design centers on a removable serialized stainless-steel Fire Control Insert chassis, paired with a polymer frame finished in Stealth Gray. The Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip with TSP texture adds indexing pads, an undercut trigger guard, a beavertail, and a low-profile flared magwell.
The through-hardened alloy-steel barrel and slide wear a black FNC nitride finish. Front and rear slide serrations aid manipulation, and the co-witness-height steel sights include a tritium front for low-light visibility.
A direct-mount, multi-footprint optics cut supports RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, and RMSc footprints without plates. The dustcover includes an integral accessory rail for lights or other compatible accessories.
This striker-fired compact uses a flat-faced trigger and a trigger safety. It is designed around Glock Gen3 geometry and accepts Glock-pattern double-stack 9mm magazines. With the included 17-round magazine, capacity is 17+1, and the package also includes a 15-round magazine.
