The Jawbone Hybrid is a USA made, large format 9mm pistol introduced in 2025 that combines a hybrid aluminum and polymer receiver with user friendly, ambidextrous controls. It accepts Glock pattern double stack 9mm magazines, uses a straight blowback action, and features a 5 inch threaded barrel with a 1/2x28 UNEF thread protector. A full length 1913 Picatinny top rail and a slotted aluminum forend complete a compact, 20.75 inch package weighing 5.0 lb unloaded.
This example is the GFHYB5 configuration and carries the Jawbone marking on the magwell. It includes a GF branded paddle style brace, a forward forend mounted ambidextrous charging handle, and an ambidextrous paddle style magazine release with textured surfaces. The pistol ships with one 34 round magazine.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are some markings from previous handling and signs of moderate prior use. The bore appears bright and clean. Please refer to the photos for close ups of these areas.

The hybrid aluminum and polymer receiver architecture keeps weight manageable while providing rigidity where it matters. The two piece upper with a pinned upper and lower interface supports the straight blowback 9mm system and right side ejection. The pistol wears a uniform black finish and is marked JAWBONE on the magwell.
Controls are set up for accessibility. The forward, forend mounted charging handle is ambidextrous, and the paddle style magazine release is ambidextrous and textured. A manual safety provides simple on gun control. The polymer pistol grip with molded texturing is integral to the lower, and the GF branded paddle style polymer brace rounds out the rear.
The 5 inch steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 UNEF and includes a thread protector. There are no iron sights installed. A full length 1913 Picatinny top rail provides continuous mounting space across the receiver and forend.
Feeding is via Glock pattern double stack 9mm magazines. Capacity is 34+1 with the included stick magazine. Overall length is 20.75 inches, and unloaded weight is 5.0 pounds. This model is designated GFHYB5, with an MSRP of $469.
