The Mk12 Mod 0 configuration centers on an 18-inch, threaded 1:8 barrel fitted with an SPR-type two-port muzzle brake and knurled reflex collar. The barrel is marked "PRI 1/8 5.56 NM," reflecting the PRI build lineage and the twist rate suited to a wide range of 5.56mm loads.
Front to back, the upper is outfitted with PRI’s Gen III round carbon fiber free-float tube and a PRI continuous receiver-to-handguard Picatinny top rail. It comes with a folding front sight gas block and an A.R.M.S. flip-up rear sight, plus PRI-marked accessory rail sections installed on the handguard for mounting additional equipment as needed.
The furniture package uses a VLTOR EMOD stock with a collapsible design, sealed storage compartments, and multiple sling points. Length of pull is adjustable from 11.5 to 15.5 inches. The rifle is finished in Flat Dark Earth on the receivers, handguard, stock, and grip, contrasted by a black top rail, sights, and buffer tube. Controls include a manual safety with a selector marked SAFE/SEMI and a standard GI-style ejection-port cover with no BCM logo or engraving.
Operating on a direct-impingement, semi-automatic system, this BCM4-based SPR-pattern rifle uses a detachable box magazine system with a stated maximum capacity of 30+1. Two magazines are included, and the bore condition is excellent, supporting the rifle’s ready-to-use status.
