The M17 Commemorative mirrors early U.S. Army contract configuration with DoD-style markings, including a CAGE code (6ZWB1) and slide part number, plus a UID-style data matrix label on the frame. Its molded polymer frame is marked Newington, NH, USA, and the pistol is made in the USA.
The slide is PVD-coated in coyote tan with phosphate-protected internals for corrosion resistance and longevity. Front and rear cocking serrations offer positive manipulation, and the controls are finished in coyote to match the military theme.
The sighting system pairs a SIGLITE night front sight with a night-sight rear plate featuring orange tritium vials for low-light visibility. The pistol is striker-fired and includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, striker block, and disconnector. Ambidextrous slide catch levers and an accessory rail support practical handling and setup.
This model uses a full-size 4.7 in slide with a carry-length grip module and ships with two 21-round magazines and one 17-round magazine for a 21+1 maximum capacity. A tamper-resistant extractor pin and the commemorative challenge coin (numbered to the run of 5,000) underscore its limited-edition status.
