It features a side-folding 1913-interface brace, a free-float MCX M-LOK handguard, and a continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail. Notable upgrades include a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle and an over-barrel 7.62 mm inert training device installed at the muzzle, with flip-up iron sights already fitted.

The upper is marked VIRTUS, the lower is marked SIG MCX MULTI-CALIBER, and the bolt carrier is marked MULTI-CAL. The receiver set is aluminum alloy in the Elite Concrete gray finish, manufactured by SIG Sauer, Inc., Newington, NH, USA. The factory label lists model code PMCX-11B-TAP with a date of 24-FEB-2020.
A continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail runs the length of the receiver and handguard, and the free-float MCX M-LOK aluminum handguard supports direct accessory mounting. The ejection side includes a case deflector and an ejection-port dust cover, with no forward assist on the upper.
The pistol uses a short-stroke gas piston action and is compatible with STANAG-pattern magazines. An ambidextrous safety selector and the installed Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle support left- and right-handed operation. The rear 1913 interface with side-folding hinge secures the black polymer brace, and a SIG polymer pistol grip is installed.
Installed flip-up front and rear sights provide a ready sighting option. The package also includes a spare short M-LOK handguard, a Blue Force Gear sling, and four magazines, making it a well-appointed MCX Virtus pistol in a sought-after factory configuration and finish.
