The Bul Armory SAS II UR (Ultimate Racer) is a purpose-built, full-size 2011 in 9mm Luger designed for USPSA/IPSC Open-division competition. Made in Israel, this UR variant uses a short dustcover frame distinct from the UR-F and features a competition-focused build that includes a compensated bull barrel, a windowed and ported slide with SAS cutouts, and a slide racker. High-capacity double-stack magazines and a tuned control layout round out a race-ready configuration.

The SAS II UR is configured for speed and control. It uses a 5-inch ramped, bull, compensated barrel paired with a lightened, windowed, and ported slide featuring SAS cutouts. This setup manages gas effectively and reduces reciprocating mass for fast cycling and flat tracking during rapid strings.
Controls and ergonomics are competition-focused. The pistol runs single-action only with an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. An extended, checkered magazine release and a skeletonized trigger support fast, consistent operation. A slide racker is installed for positive manipulation during make-ready and stage clears.
The double-stack grip module is black polymer with aggressive texture and an enlarged magwell for quick reloads. Capacity is 28+1 with 9mm Luger, and two 28-round 2011-pattern steel magazines are included. The frame on this UR variant uses a short dustcover layout, which distinguishes it from the UR-F configuration.
Competition-oriented features continue with a scope mount present for Open-division optics. Included 7 lb and 10 lb recoil springs provide tuning options to match ammunition and dot/comp setups. The stainless steel/silver finish gives it a clean, match-ready appearance.
