Bore Overall Condition: Poor - Noticeable dirt, stains, significant corrosion or damage.
Bore Rifling: Fair Rifling - Worn rifling, slight loss of definition.
Specific Condition Notes: There is carbon buildup in the bore grooves. The pistol shows extensive use and wear on the frame and slide. The left-side thumb safety does not function, while the grip safety is functional. There are heavy scratches near the slide stop lever, and rust is present around the mainspring housing pin.

The M1991A1 ORM keeps the traditional Government-size 1911 format with a 5-inch barrel, single-stack magazine well, and a barrel-bushing/short guide-rod setup. Its Series 80 system incorporates a firing-pin block for added drop safety while maintaining single-action operation with a spur hammer.
Slide features are true to the era: rear vertical cocking serrations, no front serrations, and a lowered/relieved ejection port. Sights are fixed GI-style with a staked front blade and a low-profile rear. The finish is a parkerized/matte blue over a steel frame, built in the United States.
