This AMT AutoMag V is a U.S.-made, stainless-steel, full-size semi-auto chambered in .50 AE from the 1990s. It comes from a planned limited run of 3,000 units that used an "xxx-3000" serial format. Notably, the AutoMag V is one of the few .50 AE semi-automatic pistols not based on the Desert Eagle. This example features a 6.75-inch ported barrel/slide and includes two 7-round magazines.

The AutoMag V is a full-size, single-action pistol chambered in .50 AE with a 7+1 capacity. It uses a short-recoil, locked-breech system and is configured with a curved single-action trigger, an external ring-spur hammer, a frame-mounted manual thumb safety, and a left-side button magazine release.
Construction is all stainless steel with a matte bead-blast finish and brushed flats. The long upper/slide is ported with two elongated ports near the muzzle, and it has rear cocking serrations only. Black ribbed synthetic grip panels provide a secure hold.
Sight configuration includes a front blade with a white insert and a square-notch adjustable rear in a screw-retained base; on this example, the rear sight is missing. Markings include "AMT AUTOMAG V 50 A.E." with the AMT spiral logo on the right side of the slide, "STAINLESS – MADE IN U.S.A." on the slide, and "IRWINDALE, CA" with the AMT logo on the frame.
This model is recognized for its limited production plan of 3,000 units and the distinctive "xxx-3000" serial format. Made in the United States during the 1990s, it stands out as a rare .50 AE semi-auto design separate from the Desert Eagle platform. Two stainless-steel detachable box magazines with witness holes (no visible maker markings) are included.
