The Inox configuration pairs a stainless slide and barrel with an aluminum alloy frame finished in matching Inox (silver). Rear slide serrations aid manipulation, and the micro-size profile keeps it compact without sacrificing essential controls or sighting features.
Its tip-up barrel design allows loading, unloading, or a quick chamber check without racking the slide. The slide marking also notes that it will fire without a magazine inserted (no magazine disconnect).
The action is semi-automatic, direct blowback with a DA/SA trigger, a frame-mounted thumb safety, and an exposed spurred hammer. Fixed sights include a small front blade and a square-notch rear.
Made in the USA by Beretta U.S.A. Corp. in Accokeek, Maryland, this Tomcat carries the PB oval mark and factory address. It features a 2.4" barrel, a 7+1 capacity, and ships with two factory-pattern 7-round magazines.
