    What's Included

    • S&W pistol rug

Built on the round-butt J-frame, this compact Model 36 combines carbon steel construction with a classic high-polish blue finish. The 2-inch barrel is pinned and tapered with serrations along the top rib, pairing traditional craftsmanship with a carry-friendly profile.

Controls and mechanics include double-action/single-action operation, an exposed hammer with a checkered spur, and a smooth-face trigger with a case-hardened appearance. The five-shot fluted cylinder swings out for loading, and the unshrouded ejector rod features a knurled tip for positive extraction.

Sights are fixed, with a serrated ramp front and a square-notch rear integral to the topstrap. Rollmarks include the Springfield, Mass. address and the Marcas Registradas legend, consistent with late-1960s production.

Factory checkered walnut service stocks (non-diamond) with S&W medallions complete the period look. The yoke is marked with the no-dash Model 36 identification, and the revolver features the post-1966 checkered cylinder-release latch.
