It features a 4.5 inch barrel, DA/SA operation, adjustable rear sights, and a serrated, anti-glare top rib. Notably, the slide is marked .40 S&W while the installed barrel is chambered in 9mm Luger.

Built by Tanfoglio in Italy and imported by EAA (Cocoa, FL), this steel-frame Witness carries clear import and maker markings and the classic CZ-75 pattern with the slide running inside the frame rails. The frame-mounted manual safety allows cocked-and-locked carry, and the conventional external serrated spur hammer complements its DA/SA trigger system.
This example is a custom configuration with a 9mm Luger barrel installed under a slide marked CAL .40 S&W. It is chambered for 9mm Luger. The pistol is full-size with a 4.5 inch barrel and a 17+1 capacity using the included magazine.
The two-tone finish pairs a dark slide over a light-colored steel frame, giving it a distinctive look. Tanfoglio-marked rubber checkered grips provide a secure hold. The standard short dust cover ends well behind the muzzle, reflecting the classic CZ-75–style frame.
Sighting equipment includes a ramp front sight with a single dot and an adjustable rear with two dots, forming a 3-dot system. The slide’s serrated top rib reduces glare for a cleaner sight picture.
Markings include EAA–COCOA–FLA and FT–MADE IN ITALY, with additional proof and inspection stamps inside the magazine well. These confirm its Tanfoglio manufacture and EAA import history.
