The Sig Sauer P226 Enhanced Elite pairs proven P226 performance with factory upgrades aimed at control and shootability. It features an aluminum-alloy frame with an extended beavertail and vertically serrated front strap, E2 one-piece wraparound grip, SIGLITE night sights, and a Nitron-finished slide with front and rear serrations. This full-size 9mm includes three 15-round Mec-Gar magazines along with the original SIG box, manual, and E2 grip tool.

This Enhanced Elite is a full-size, hammer-fired DA/SA P226 with a decocking lever and the factory Short Reset Trigger. The SRT provides a shorter trigger reset, and the spurred external hammer offers positive manipulation. The operating system is a locked-breech, tilting-barrel design.
The aluminum-alloy frame wears a black hard-coat anodized finish and incorporates an extended beavertail and a vertically serrated front strap for control. The E2 one-piece wraparound grip delivers a slim, textured hold without additional grip panels.
The slide carries a durable black Nitron finish and features both front and rear cocking serrations. SIGLITE 3-dot night sights are dovetailed into the slide, with a sight radius of 6.3 inches. The 4.4-inch barrel and full-length dimensions support a stable sight picture.
An integral accessory rail with three cross-slots supports weaponlight or laser attachment. Capacity is 15+1 in 9mm Luger, and the pistol comes with three Mec-Gar magazines. Markings include "P226 Elite" and "SIG SAUER" on the slide, "9MM PARA SIG" on the barrel hood, and "SIG SAUER INC. EXETER–NH–USA" on the frame. Approximate dimensions are 8.2 inches OAL, 5.5 inches in height, 1.5 inches in width, and about 34.4 ounces in weight.
