The Shadow 2 Carry pairs a compact footprint with proven CZ-75 pattern internal slide rails for a low bore axis and smooth cycling. Its 7075-T6 aluminum alloy frame keeps weight manageable while preserving the Shadow series feel and durability. Overall dimensions are approximately 7.5 in L × 5.4 in H × 1.5 in W, with an unloaded weight around 30.4 oz and a 15+1 capacity.
The slide is optics-ready via a direct-mount RMSc footprint and ships with a cover plate. Luminous 3-dot iron sights include a front post with a luminous dot and a drift-adjustable ledge rear with luminous dots. A serrated topstrap reduces glare, and both sights are dovetailed for secure installation.
Ergonomics are tuned for control: an extended beavertail and undercut trigger guard work with checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap, while aggressively textured metal grip panels provide traction. The pistol includes a three-slot accessory rail on the dustcover, a curved trigger, and a skeletonized ring hammer. Controls consist of an ambidextrous decocker, a left-side slide stop, and a left-side magazine release, with no manual safety.
The 4-inch cold hammer-forged barrel supports reliable performance, and safety features include a firing pin block. Markings reflect its origin and proof status: C.I.P. proofs with a '25 date mark, MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC, and CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS. This example has matching serial numbers on the slide, frame, and barrel, and corresponds to a recent release with an MSRP of $1,488.
