What’s Included
- Browning B-SS Magnum 12 Gauge side-by-side shotgun
The B-SS Magnum configuration provides factory 3-inch chambers in a compact 26-inch barrel set. The matted solid rib and front bead offer a clear sighting plane, while the fixed IC and Modified constrictions are ideal for versatile field use. The ejectors are properly timed, and the shotgun uses a reliable hammerless boxlock action with a tang-mounted safety and a single trigger.
The walnut stock shows Browning’s period features: a pistol-grip layout with cut checkering, a beavertail fore-end, and a ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer. Length of pull measures 15.0 inches. The grip is neutral with a very slight right-hand cast-off for subtle ergonomics without heavy bias.
Metalwork is finished in a deep blued tone across the steel receiver and barrels, with a bright in-the-white/coin-finished top lever. Light scroll and rosette engraving appears on the receiver, top lever, and trigger guard, providing restrained factory embellishment. The fore-end uses a Deeley-style latch for secure, straightforward removal.
Markings include Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah & Montreal P.Q., along with "Assembled in Korea with Japanese Components." Proof and inspection marks are present on the barrel flats, and the major components carry matching serial markings, consistent with original factory assembly.
