Built at Izhevsk Arsenal during WWII, this 91/30 features the round receiver configuration associated with later wartime production. The rifle retains a blued finish and the iconic full-length hardwood stock with sling slots, two spring-retained barrel bands, and a top handguard.
The sighting system is true to the pattern: a tangent rear ladder graduated to 2000 m paired with a hooded, drift-adjustable front post. This setup delivers a long sight radius on the 29 in barrel.
It uses the standard cock-on-open, two-lug bolt and a fixed internal 5-round magazine loaded via stripper clips. A bolt safety is incorporated into the action. The cleaning rod is retained under the barrel, as issued.
Arsenal and import markings include the Izhevsk triangle-with-arrow and multiple small inspection proofs. The receiver bears a Century Arms Georgia, VT import mark with importer number 9130203865. Assembly numbers on the bolt, magazine floorplate/triggerguard, and buttplate match.
