An OEM S&W blue hard case is included; the case is provided but damaged.

Specific Condition Notes: This revolver shows a few minor scratches and blemishes. There is light carbon scorching on the cylinder face and around the forcing cone, consistent with normal firing. The action cycles smoothly, and cylinder lockup is tight.

The 686-6 Plus configuration adds a 7-shot fluted cylinder to the proven L-Frame platform. The 6-inch stainless steel barrel has a full underlug and a serrated top rib for a steady sight picture and balanced handling. The brushed/satin stainless finish covers the frame, barrel, and cylinder.
Iron sights include a ramped front sight with a red insert and an adjustable square-notch rear, giving clear sight alignment and easy elevation and windage tuning. The revolver uses a DA/SA action with a smooth-face trigger and an exposed hammer featuring a checkered spur.
Chambered in .357 Magnum, it also accepts .38 Special and .38 Special +P per factory literature, offering flexibility in ammunition selection. The S&W-branded black synthetic pebble-texture monogrip provides a secure hold.
Model 686-6 is stamped on the yoke, and the frame incorporates the internal key lock. This U.S.-made revolver features a stainless-steel frame, barrel, and cylinder, with non-stainless sight components and other small parts, and presents with a clean bore and strong mechanical characteristics. The OEM S&W blue hard case is included and shows damage.
