This Spike's Tactical ST9G is a 9mm AR-9 pattern blowback firearm built around an 8-inch ported barrel and a lightweight carbon-fiber free-float handguard. It comes with a factory-marked receiver from Apopka, FL, a slick-side upper, and an installed Gideon micro reflex sight with a green dot. Glock-pattern magazine compatibility and a 34+1 capacity round out a feature set aimed at practical 9mm performance.

The receiver is marked "SPIKE'S TACTICAL APOPKA, FL U.S.A." with model "ST9G" and caliber "9mm." It uses a slick-side upper without a forward assist or dust cover, and the overall finish is matte black. Right-side ejection and pictogram selector markings maintain a clean, modern AR-9 presentation.
The 8-inch ported barrel works in concert with a carbon-fiber free-float handguard that features a window exposing the mid-barrel porting. Carbon Fiber Rail with porting mid-Barrel is a defining feature of this build and is visible through the handguard cutout.
Controls and handling are enhanced by an ambidextrous extended "butterfly" charging handle and an A2-style polymer pistol grip. A Picatinny top rail on the upper receiver provides mounting space; the carbon-fiber handguard has longitudinal slots and does not extend the top rail.
