This Canik METE MC9 is a micro-size 9mm with an optic-cut, nitride-finished slide and a cold hammer-forged 3.18 inch barrel. Part of Canik's METE series, this model combines ambidextrous controls, a flat-faced trigger, and drift-adjustable iron sights. The METE MC9 pairs a compact footprint with a carbon-steel slide wearing a durable black nitride finish and a polymer frame in black. Its cold hammer-forged 3.18 inch barrel supports reliable accuracy and long service life.
The slide features forward and rear serrations, an external extractor, and an optic cut with cover plate. The cut is compatible with Shield RMS, Sig Romeo Zero, and MECANiK M01 patterns, and the pistol comes with drift-adjustable iron sights including a dovetailed colored-dot front post and a rear notch.
Controls are carry-focused and user-friendly: ambidextrous slide-stop levers, a reversible magazine release, and a flat-faced trigger with a safety blade. Safety systems include a trigger safety, firing pin block, loaded chamber indicator, and striker status indicator.
The pistol ships with one 12-round and one 15-round magazine (with grip sleeve for the extended magazine). A 3-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail supports compact lights or lasers, and interchangeable backstraps help tailor the grip.
