This example includes five KimPro Tac-Mag 7-round steel magazines and is configured without optics cuts.

The KHX Ultra pairs a 3-inch, bushingless barrel with a lightweight aluminum frame for a compact single-action 1911 carry format. The round-heel frame, frontstrap texturing, and a checkered mainspring housing support secure handling while helping the pistol conceal smoothly.
The stainless-steel slide wears a gray finish and features stepped hexagonal rear cocking serrations and a hex-textured topstrap. A fixed fiber-optic sight set—orange front with two green rear dots—delivers fast sight indexing. This is a non-optics-ready configuration as produced.
Fire-control components include a skeletonized Commander-style hammer and a skeletonized long aluminum trigger. Safety features are true to the 1911 platform with both a thumb safety and a grip safety.
Factory Hogue Laser-Enhanced G10 grip panels provide a textured hold and an integrated laser. The pistol uses the 1911 single-stack magazine pattern and is rated for a 7+1 capacity in .45 ACP. Five KimPro Tac-Mag steel magazines are included.
