This 2016 Ruger 10/22 Takedown Target pairs a cold hammer-forged stainless .920-inch fluted bull barrel and recessed target crown with Ruger’s two-piece takedown system designed for repeatable zero. It includes a factory-installed scope rail and comes equipped with a Primary Arms PA6X32-22LR 6x scope featuring the ACSS 22LR reticle on a one-piece mount. The black synthetic stock, extended paddle magazine release, and cross-bolt safety round out a purpose-built .22 LR that is ready for precise rimfire shooting.

The two-piece takedown interface uses a rotating, knurled barrel-assembly adjustment ring and a lockup engineered for return-to-zero with receiver-mounted optics. This design supports consistent performance after repeated assembly and disassembly.
The 16.12-inch barrel is cold hammer-forged stainless steel with a .920-inch fluted bull profile and a recessed target crown. These features reflect the Target configuration and are optimized for stability and durability in a rimfire platform.
The aluminum alloy receiver is finished in black, drilled and tapped, and fitted with a scope rail. An installed Primary Arms PA6X32-22LR optic provides 6x magnification, a 32 mm objective, and the ACSS 22LR reticle, mounted on a one-piece scope mount. This rifle is configured without iron sights.
Controls include an extended, paddle-style magazine release and a cross-bolt safety with a red indicator. The black synthetic stock features a molded texture, an integral buttpad, sling swivel studs, and a 13.5-inch length of pull.
The rifle uses a semi-automatic, straight blowback action with a 10+1 capacity. It comes in a stainless/black finish, was manufactured in the USA in 2016, and corresponds to Ruger part number 21147.
