This P365 X-Macro Comp delivers P365 ergonomics with a macro-length grip and 17+1 capacity, an integrally compensated slide, and an installed SIG Sauer ROMEO-MDC red dot. It includes two 17-round magazines, interchangeable backstraps, and a true 1913 three-slot accessory rail, all in a compact, carryable package.

The X-Macro Comp slide features an integral compensator with twin top ports and front/rear serrations, paired to a 3.1 in barrel and a Nitron-finished, black slide. The compensated system is built into the slide, preserving the pistol’s compact profile.
The macro-length grip module uses aggressive stippling for control and ships with interchangeable backstraps; the M backstrap is installed from the factory. Magazine capacity is 17+1, and two 17-round steel magazines are included.
A SIG Sauer ROMEO-MDC open-reflex red dot (6 MOA) is included and installed. It uses a CR1632 battery and is IPX7 rated. Iron sights are a 3-dot set with a green front dot and a two-dot rear.
