Built on an AR-15 platform, this Stag-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity. The receiver carries a New Britain, CT rollmark and is made in the USA from aluminum with a hard-anodized finish.
The 16-inch M4-profile barrel runs a carbine-length gas system with a 1:9 twist to stabilize a broad range of common 5.56/.223 loads. The muzzle is threaded and fitted with an A2 flash hider. An A2 front sight base with bayonet lug maintains the proven carbine sight line.
The flat-top upper features a T-marked Picatinny rail, forward assist, and ejection-port cover. Sighting is handled by the fixed A2 front sight base paired with a detachable A2-style aperture rear sight.
Furniture includes an LMT 6-position collapsible stock with an approximate length-of-pull range of 11 to 14.5 inches, a two-piece polymer carbine-length M4-style handguard, and a rubber finger-groove pistol grip. A standard manual safety is present.
