The frame is stamped 53 with an adjacent proof, aligning it to early 1950s production. An import mark reading CZ-52 7.62x25 CZECH REP TG KNOX TN is present on the underside/forward flat. Practical field details include a right-side knurled takedown button and a lanyard ring at the rear of the grip frame.
Sighting is straightforward with a fixed setup: a front blade and a rear square-notch. The external hammer has a serrated spur, and the pistol incorporates a manual safety, a decocker, and a firing pin block.
