The APX A1 Carry is a striker-fired, short-recoil 9mm designed around a serialized internal stainless-steel chassis and a fiberglass-reinforced technopolymer grip frame. The textured polymer grips wear Beretta trident medallions, and the modular frame design allows the chassis to be the legally controlled component.
Its nitride slide includes an optic cut with a two-screw removable cover plate and diagonal front and rear serrations for positive manipulation. The slide is marked "GALLATIN, TN," and the chamber is marked "BERETTA USA CORP. – 9x19," reflecting U.S. manufacture.
Sights are dovetailed and removable, with a high-visibility single white dot up front and a serrated, windage-adjustable rear. The sight radius measures 4.7 in, supporting precise alignment on a short 3.1 in barrel.
Dimensions are carry-friendly at 5.8 in overall length, 4.4 in height, and 1.0 in width, with an approximate weight of 20 oz. Capacity is 8+1 using the included single-stack 8-round steel magazine featuring an extended finger-rest floorplate.
