The pistol features the Glock Marksman Barrel, ambidextrous slide stop lever, and reversible magazine catch, with matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame.

The 19X V configuration retains the hallmark crossover layout: a G19-length slide on a G17-length grip, providing a compact slide with a full-size capacity and handling. The factory coyote finish is unique to the 19X series and is applied to both the slide and the polymer frame. Austrian/CIP proof marks and the "AUSTRIA" slide marking confirm its country of origin.
This example features a MOS-cut slide for modular interface options, with the interface present and the plate not installed. It also includes a factory threaded barrel, and suppressor-height iron sights are installed front and rear. A non-Glock, two-tone skeletonized aluminum trigger with a safety blade is installed. The Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) is standard on this model.
Controls and ergonomics are set up for versatility, with an ambidextrous slide stop lever and a reversible magazine catch. The frame includes interchangeable backstraps to tailor the grip, and the dustcover accessory rail supports weapon-mounted lights.
