Its Gen 3 subcompact frame has two cross-pins above the trigger guard, a finger-groove front strap with pebbled texturing, and left-side controls. The Gen 3 subcompact frame lacks an accessory rail, keeping the profile streamlined for concealment.
The barrel is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling, and both the barrel and slide have a durable nitrided finish. The slide is matte black with rear serrations only and carries the factory "GLOCK 27 AUSTRIA 40" marking. Fixed polymer sights include a white-dot front and white-outline rear for a clear, familiar sight picture.
