Made in Germany by H. Weihrauch, this HW 357 "Windicator" combines a 4-inch barrel with a six-shot .357 Magnum cylinder and a nickel finish. It operates in double-action/single-action and weighs approximately 30 oz for the 4-inch model (per the EAA manual).
The barrel uses a full-length underlug/shroud and a vent-style rib with anti-glare serrations. Fixed sights consist of an integral serrated ramp front and a fixed square-notch rear milled into the topstrap.
Controls include a forward-push cylinder latch and a knurled ejector rod tip. The action incorporates an internal hammer-block safety and an exposed hammer with a checkered spur.
The one-piece black synthetic grip features finger grooves with molded diamond-pattern panels. Markings include EAA COCOA FL and MADE IN GERMANY-DE, an EA/R marking on the frame extension, and proof/inspection marks present ahead of the topstrap serial.
