The VEPR’s RPK-pattern stamped steel receiver and ribbed top cover provide a sturdy foundation for the .308 Win chambering. Its long-stroke, gas-operated, semi-automatic action and right-side safety/selector reflect the proven Molot design lineage.
The 20 inch barrel uses a plain crowned muzzle. Iron sights include an RPK-type tangent rear sight with a windage drum and an unhooded front post, allowing practical adjustments at the range.
Furniture consists of a hardwood thumbhole Monte Carlo stock with checkering, a ventilated recoil pad, and a rear sling swivel. The handguard set pairs a hardwood lower with a ribbed polymer upper. Length of pull is 14.0 inches, and the metal components wear a black finish.
